PC Doctor Tech Tip #10 - Backup your Data
Data loss can happen in many ways. One of the most common causes is when the physical media you use to store your data on fails. A hard drive will not last forever.
Normally a hard drive could last for years but it will not last forever. It might happen gradually; by more and more bad clusters accumulating until the drive is unusable or it could happen suddenly without any warning signs.
If your data is important you should backup on media that can be trusted. In our next segment of PC Doctor Tech Tips we will discuss the different media options that you can use to backup your data.
